not only did Aaron win the East West he lapped the whole field in the right hand turns . Wish everyone could see the pain in Scott's eyes to have to award the West the winner . He was a good sport about it, he said that's only one . We were all treated very well, and made a lot of good friends out East wish it wasn't so far away. Hopefully we will have the trophy for the award banquet next month it's still in Canada, I am thinking we may have to make another trip East and pry Scott's fingers off it.

Jeff always worked very hard to be the best of what ever he did . I will never forget the time he showed up at Wildrose with the first Rugland Polaris 700 ev motor . we were all lined up along the shore from the pits just to watch him run , man that thing was fast . I was also glad to be pitting for Jeff the year his brother Gary won his first world championship at Eagle River . I think Jeff got 5th that year . My thoughts and prayers go out to Kim and his family.

I am a single guy , I work long days 6 days a week , I come home cook my own meals, do my own wash, and clean my house, cut the grass . I show up at races usually drive minimum of 6 hours ,can't afford to pay a pit guy, the only help I get on the line is by the 812 crew or Aaron's dad . do you have enough reasons yet! on the other hand I love what I do , I am proud of what I have accomplished . I would love to run 2 classes but don't have time to work on 2 sleds , but if a guy could run 2 classes with the same sled what would be so wrong with that?

down the road it would be nice to have a good mod 600 that I could run in both classes. Lets face it the new motors are getting harder and harder to run. Polaris doesn't make a 800 with carbs, the snowcross sleds still have carbs as far as I know . And no I don't plan to build a mod 600 as for now, I have three mod 800 motors but those parts will get harder to find cause they don't make them any more . I do plan on voting for the mod 600 I think it can only help a dying class. And yes the Packers did win tonight

sorry to hear . I had talked with Dennis about getting his sled in that tent at Eagle River cause they , I thought had something at Wausau. And I was going to try to get in at Copper Peak the same weekend with Skips help hopefully to try to help promote are sport. Kenny

well put, without the crowd we don't have races . Some guys I worked with went to there first race at Wausau, and I asked them different questions . One said he never would have thought it was going to that competitive , one told me he liked seeing sleds like his out there pre2000 . one comment was, they said it was a yam. but it didn't look like it. Out of three different guy's I asked is there any thing we could do better, only 2 things ,the down time of pulling sleds witch I told him that was a part of are sport, and the other was that the races with only 2 sleds was kind of boring . they were all very happy with the show and plan on going again next year and brining friend and or kids. the biggest thing I hear against the mod 600 is that they want current plastic out there . So how about if they would have to be the current plastic that is being used in snow cross ? and maybe only in the pro class ? just a suggestion I would really like to see this pass . Too bad people will miss out on deals at hay days because we don't vote till after that.

who is going to get some of the Sno Baron's Haydays Tripple Crown money ? if I remember the points pre Grantsburg I would need to do better than Chad and Fisher to get third I think.

pretty sure Leo Dunlavy ,Aaron ,Karen and me will be going together. Sounds like Leo and Aaron will be bringing both Mod and stockers, be nice to see how they will compare with mod 600's.

Shawn you do bring up some good points about why stock 600 verses mod 600. But I will not be for any change that would make any chassis or motor we currently run not legal. We do not need to be making major changes at this time . add the mod 600 and see what happens if a lot of people make mod 600's then after a year or two think about phasing out the mod and stock 800's or leave it with the mod 600/ stock 800 and mod 800 . I also like the idea of surveying fans. They are the ones who pay to watch us. Kenny

do you consider a pol edge sled as none current ? I found a good deal on a fusion chassis but that is more none current then the edge.

so we try mod 600 in the pro class after a few years if we have enough interest either have mod 600 and stock 600 or leave it the way it is. the only new pol 800's are fuel injected so I don't know how long we can get parts for our current pol 800's.
